Activities
A license gives access to modules and activity codes.
An activity code is a sub-option that controls:
- Data structure - presence or absence of fields
- Features - presence or absence of functions
Activity codes are set at folder creation and can be changed if a folder revalidation is performed.
As for a module, an activity code can be:
- Always included
- Optionally billable
- Always excluded
The license determines if a module activity code is available. However you can choose if you need one or not folder by folder.
